We are manufacturer of PVC honeycomb fills as per CTI-136. Fills type are
A) C10-12 – 0.2mm to 0.25mm thickness as per requirement.
B) C10-19 -0.25-nn to 0.30mm thickness as per requirement.
C) V-19 – 0.3mm to 0.4mm thickness as per requirement
D) C10-27 – 0.3mm to 0.5mm thickness as per requirement
Any other profile fills as per design requirement.

We supply PVC main and branch pipes in PVC as per 4kg/cm2 or 6kg/cm2 pressure as cooling tower water flow and head requirement. We have nozzles with 63mm opening which is working as non-clogging nozzles for dirty water application. Since cone produced by these nozzles is around 1200mm dia, it is most recommended nozzles.

We have our own manufacturing unit at Vasai Maharashra, where we are manufacturing fan assemblies from 8ft dia to 34 dia fan. These fan blades are manufactured using epoxy glass resin to have better strength and life as compared to other fibre resin material. Our fans have aerodynamic profile which gives more air flow and optimum power consumption. We have in-house facility to check moment balancing of blades, dynamic balancing of hub and static balancing of complete fan assembly.
